HOW DO I KILL THE DOG?
People think a soul mate is your perfect fit, and that’s what everyone wants....

My great grandmother is now 10,000 dollars richer thanks to a casino in Florence, Oregon.
I’ll never forget the time we ditched school to go meet President[then, elect] Obama,
and by some fluke of the gods, we actually shook his hand and personally talked to him.
after that we both had stars in our eyes, like giddy little girls.
we went to the Starbucks around the corner and called everyone we knew.
Now, I am not so pleased to say I’ve met him.
Time is a funny thing,...
I think i’ll dilly dally my way onto the library now.

Person stares at computer.

stares.

Most would not think of work as a prize. That is often due to our concept of work.
Work can be that of an artist, the work of creation. Such work is not the response to a whistle or the boring acitivity that follows a punched time card. Creative work is the fullest human expression of being alive. It comes from the inside out and has no boss other than an inner demand to create a thing of beauty...
Sara came to see me and bunk here for the night in Phoenix before heading back to California.
It was nice seeing her.
I really haven’t been able to since Ariel’s funeral in July.
My boyfriend is leaving today to go back to new Mexico, so my two months of quiet reflection and meditation begin now.
It’s eight am and I’ve drank three cups of OJ and two cups of chocolate...

Last night was good fun.
-Went to a drum circle.
-Watched awesome people play music and spin fire.
-Then went to the flea market type thing that was set up in the middle of downtown Phoenix.
-Purchased my now-favorite bracelet.

Happy 2010.
